What is your quality guarantee?

We stand behind the quality of our products and are confident that you will love them. In the rare event of any errors in material, design, or printing, we will either provide a full refund or reproduce and ship a new product at no additional cost to you.

How much does shipping cost?

We use UPS and FedEx to deliver all our products and take pride in our on-time delivery rate of about 99.98%. Shipping Rates:

Shipping & Handeling is a flat 14.29 for all orders.

How long does delivery take?

Once the proof is approved, our products are typically printed within 24-48 hours. The delivery time ranges from 5-12 days.

We make sure your order is secure and delivered to you on time, customer orders and security is something we take pride in, most of the times you'll have to sign the package to recieve it.

Do you ship outside the US?

Currently we do not ship outside the United States, all orders are shipped within the United States only.

What if my order was not delivered at guaranteed time?

All of our orders are shipped via UPS/Fedex. We apologize in advance for any delays that may be caused by UPS or Fedex as it is outside of our control. If we are unable to ship your order in time for a guaranteed delivery date, we will refund the shipping cost. If you require your canvas by a specific date, please consider selecting a priority shipping option.

What are canvas displays?

Canvas displays are typically a white cotton blend cover with a wooden frame meant to easily be hanged even with textured walls with a nail or scerew or other alternatives unlike the typical metal posters that require a flat wall to be mounted.

What is the canvas material that you use?

Our manufactured cotton prints are produced on a specially crafted blend of cotton canvas.

What is your return policy?

At Artfulldisplays, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you encounter any issues with your print, such as loose or wavy canvas, bubbles, scratches, or fading, we will make it right for you at no extra cost. This includes any manufacturer defects. To request a replacement or refund, please contact us with a clear description and an image of the defect or damage. Providing a detailed explanation and image will help expedite the process.
